K52 this was a first for me. I think the lube I was using might be 20 years old as I bought several when I bought it. Took me awhile to try tapping threads in a drilled out primer hole. Thought maybe when it happens to someone else what I did might make it a little less time consuming.

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

I knew id did not make sense from the get go. Ya see with metric standard threads. ( not the fine version or special stuff ) there is a simple formula to work out what drill ya need. At the 60 degree thread flank pitch. Ya just subtract the pitch of the thread from the outer diameter and ya got the drill size that will work to run a tap into. See them is things i can measure and work out. Number drills just don't make sense to me.

I like simple stuff like that.

You make perfect sense, but still no use for that metric system here!...Lol. grin

I am converting the US one bolt hole at a time. Ya see, when I have to drip out a bolt and have to re tap it, it will have a metric thread in there. I'll sneak as many of them into my repairs as I can and before ya'll know it, its all metric
grin

lanolin oil and rubbing alcohol really made stuck cases almost non existent in my reloading setup

cases in a plastic bag , several sprays of the mix , roll them around in the bag

yes they come out wet , but better sizing lube than the lee wax or Hornady one shot case lube

and no issue with too much causing issues , it is a very thin but slippery coating

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
