Doin my detective work, well if you look at the half thumb pic in this post and compare it to the picture of the steak on the plate? you can definitely see the different in quality. The one that Jbyrd has on the plate? looks like older cow. Mostly likely some imported south American beef. I am thinkin that your uncle Jybrd has a hard time figuring out the quality of his meat beings he only has half a thumb and all. What say you Savell ?
