Hey 151.... I too run a large bluebird nest line. I have about 82 boxes out right now. Usually get at least 60% of them filled with BBs. Also some wrens and tree swallows. Hopefully next winter the local 4H director for my county sets up a few evenings where I can talk about woodies and bluebirds to some local 4H groups. When I do my trapping demos I almost always have a BB nest or wood duck nest also on display and usually some [Linked Image]

Maybe do look like Robin eggs. But for sure 100% bluebird eggs.

I usually go about 9 ".... but have made some around 6 to 7" and some around 10". They got used by bb. 1 1/2" hole for entrance.
