We sell on the roadside by the dozen..but there's always 13..maybe more if they're smaller.

We sell then for 3.00 a dozen or 7 dozen for 20( few more than 7 dozem)

When they're mature it's about 3 dozen to the pound..

Early on its anywhere from 6 to 8 dozen a.pound

Cathryn I looked at my little yard patch where my ramps are. Person that didn't know what they are or where they are wouldn't see them. This photo taken with X8 zoom. Lol
Be few more days before they top out I'm guessing. The places I know north of here are probably still under at least couple inches snow. They might be popped out on south slops in counties south of me???

Mac. You ever sell any?

Tooltime..you wanna.make some.money? It'll be the best money you've ever made.

Here's what b ours looked like today

[Linked Image]

Yesterday I sold 327.00 worth..today I sold 341.00 worth and we probably have another 750 left from this is. Jerry and my son in law dug for 4 hrs sunday..14 5 gallon buckets between them.

We have to spend 3 hrs on the old one way plus we have time in cleaning them..and that's tedious work...but it's still a good payday.

I just have a small patch in my back yard and on my other property that I don't dig from. They just don't spread fast enough to take more than a taste. The farm that I transplanted them from sold two years ago..So after 40 years I no longer have access to that secret patch. That patch was not big enough to take only what I used for myself each spring. I'm guessing the new owner may never know it's there. I do know of two other pretty large patches. They are on state land. Problem with that is we are not allowed to dig them on state land.
So unless a person has a large enough patch on their land to regularly dig numbers. Would be the only way person could sell them here. County south of me there are some people who sell them.
I have never bought any myself but I may have to this spring.

Cathryn I only have about 4 patch’s of ramps like in the picture. How many can I harvest? Do you just cut the tops or pull the bulbs?

I'm hoping for a 600.00 day and a 1000.00 weekend.
We've got the ramps to do it and the weather's gonna be good.

Lasted year I made 675 the day before Easter.

It's alot of work but the money you make you is crazy if you have the right location to sell in and people with a taste for them.

It's like trapping people..lol....they can't resist the bait.lol

Sounds like EVERYTHING is ramping down Cathryn. What is on the list for the next adventure? You need some at home type business like shine or wine. Something with a little spunk to it wink
