Those parsnips look better than any I ever made. What's the secret? Parboil for 6-8 minutes and then brown them with a third of a stick of butter....and add two heaping tablespoons of dark brown sugar at the end and carmelize a little more....ps...be careful not to founder yourself, lol

Zim I dug the parsnips today, and a week ago the snow dissapeared....I dont have a mouse trap set though.
