After reading some local headlines, I want to apologize in advance if I’m ever faced with what’s going on in the world today. I read about Marines getting beat by unruly teens. I read about a father beaten to death by kids and adults that wanted to fight his son and when he wouldn’t allow it, they beat him to death. I read about people being attacked while shopping for groceries. It seems this world has gone crazy. I have yet to see it, but I’m sure it’s just a matter of time before I do.
So what am I apologizing for? I don’t play victim well and I’m getting to the age that a life sentence really isn’t that long. I WILL NOT play victim. I WILL NOT be beaten for protecting my family. I will not stand around and let a bunch of teenagers beat the life out of me.
I WILL defend myself and my family by whatever means necessary including a lethal response. I may still be killed, but there will be more bodies lying around besides mine.
Now when they go plastering my mug on the news and looking into my browsing history, this is about the only site I’m on. Might be good publicity, for all the wrong reasons, lol.
This world has just gone completely bonkers!!

No need to apologize. Most of us here, in the same scenario, are going to leave a few bodies laying around and heart broken parents crying on the news. Enough is enough.

Always be prepared to defend yourself and your family. Always.

I am taking more self-defense classes with weapons. Getting fairly good with them. Actually, just about any object can be used as a weapon. Although, I studied martial arts all my life, at my elderly age, unarmed self-defense may not work and I am not going to risk getting my head bashed in if I can help it. Like many of you, I will go down fighting if forced to defend myself.

If you want a good read on what to do if crap hits the fan, I highly suggest a small book called “Principals of Personal Defense” by firearms expert Jeff Cooper. It is not a martial arts book or even a firearms self-defense book. It covers seven areas of a survival mindset including Alertness, Decisiveness, Aggressiveness, Speed, Coolness, Ruthlessness. and Surprise. A short read of about one hour. I read it on line for free since I think the cost of this small book was too high to purchase it.

Learn the threshold limits before the time comes to protect yourself so you don’t get hung up if the time ever comes with useless thoughts. I’m sure it varies from area to area so prepare yourself mentally so you don’t freeze up.

To old to fight, to slow to run, can still shoot expert with a pistol, either them or me and I vote and prepare for me. And Like you at an age and with medical conditions a life sentence is not that much of a threat

The world is going crazy. Used to be common sense prevailed. Now, good is considered evil and evil is considered good.

THIS IS JUST LIKE DEMONRAT RUN STATES. iF THEY LOOT AND YOU SHOOT you ARE THE CRIMINAL no matter if they are trying to hurt you and your family. But then look at DeSantis where he placed a law in Florida that if they try to attack you where you have the legal right to be you can shoot them or if they are intentionally blocking the road you can run them down. I never saw so many Brush guards on vehicles overnight in my life. People had them on little Hatchbacks. But the message was sent. It worked.

I'm all good....I've got my Colombian wife to keep me safe. She can scold the tar out of any opponent.

Just pray if you have to shoot someone that you aren't white and they aren't black. Your entire family's life will be over if you are white and shoot someone black.

The older I get, the more I look for a way to run and avoid conflict at all costs. But make no mistake, I do have protection at all times. Everywhere I go.

This just happened in Charlotte last week. Dude got fired for defending himself and being armed when he wasn't supposed to be. Goes to show you, be armed anyways. Choices are get shot/killed and keep you job or kill the bad guy wanting to kill you and lose your job. Pretty easy choice and very sad.

Dude unloaded like a champ!!
