I need a recipe for salmon loaf with fresh salmon.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Are you sure you want to do that with fresh salmon? Any salmon loaf I've ever eaten seems to be pretty dry. Maybe someone has a recipe that doesn't dry it out.

I do not have one. I use canned salmon when making a loaf. Fresh salmon may be to dry but maybe you could doctor it up. For fresh I prefer wild sockeye and Coho and I filet it. No farm raised salmon for me.
