I have a 1986 CJ7 jeep with factory chrome 15 inch spoked wheels. The jeep has factory front disc brakes. I want to put just plain steel wheels on it with narrow taller type tires. I don't want spoked or aluminum just plain painted steel wheels. The bolt pattern in my manual states it is 5x51/2.
So far I haven't been able to find used jeep steel wheels that are normal width.
I don't want new fancy yuppy looking wheels. If I feel the need to polish chrome or aluminum I have a Harley in my garage.
Does any other vehicle manufactures wheels share the same bolt pattern?

I think you will find dodge rims will fit

You can find a wheel pattern cross reference rims listed in a web search then go to car-parts.com to locate what you’re looking for. For something that common I’d just call around and locate an old Jeep in a local yard and go from there. Be patient the yards are having trouble finding help its tough to get some to answer the phone.

They make a 16 inch plain rim and I ran the old military style tires on my old Jeep tall/narrow it was a great combo if you have the clearance for them.
