About all I dink is water or power aid. Or some watered down apple juice. Can't do alot of soda too much acid , gets me sick and with the craps. But yeah I'm wizzing clear 8/10's just didn't eat is all. Got back in cooled down nibbled on some crackers and I was fine in like 15min. Didn't have to give myself a IV ( been there done that no fun lol).
But yeah apparently it's company policy's they have to report it and do all this stuff if they see symptoms so can't complain I guess .
