This is a heads up for the younger folks! Started dating my wife in 1978 and married in 1981. Coming up on 42 years married and I still haven’t figured her out! So for you to younger folks, don’t get your hopes up!

I got married when I was 40 I know, I know I kind of rushed into it. LOL

One thing a friend told me when I got married - You might be the head of the house , but your wife is the neck and the neck controls the head . LoL . Happy wife happy life I guess

not my wisdom wisdom a a mutual friend of mine and the wife's and he tried on a lot of headcases before he settled on his type of head case.
I was also informed by a gay guy this holds true for their partners so maybe everyone is a head case and you just need to find your make and model of head case

The neighbors ducks have been hanging around this summer so the wife filled the kiddy pool we had for our chickens. She said it leaked so I said buy a new one then. She told me that one must be leaking too, I said what?

I looked and the hydrant hose is still in the pool so I asked if she did that with the other pool she said yes. So I start to explain how the hydrant will drain the pool by suction. It’s not that she messed up no big deal but the thought she’s not willing to learn about a problem that drives me crazy. Next year those pools might be “leaking” again. LOL

And if FINE is followed by, DO WHAT YOU WANT, it's a trap, don't do what you want.

Married in 1985 and still going. Everybody changes as they get older. Me I have mellowed out a bit since I first got married, probably a good thing.
