But tonight did them on the griddle...butter salt pepper...Wow ! Like eating candy This is my favorite by far. And if I cut more spears than fit on the griddle they are surprisingly good raw dipped in ranch. Same for baby asparagus.

I hate Zucchini! A while back my wife decided we needed to plant some. It took over most of the garden. We had zucchini cookies, cake, bread, fried, baked, grilled, etc. I was so sick of the stuff I have vowed to never eat it again! We ended up giving away as much as we could frozen cookies, bread, and cake that was in our freezer. The rest got thrown out.
With the US so divided, I'm just glad to be on the side that believes in God, has the most guns, and knows which restroom to use.

you need to pick sometimes morning and night , catch them all between 8 and 12 inches for the best eating
the little 6-8 inch size are nice for seed free eating
if you don't let it get huge then you eat a lot more fruits, more enjoyable , for less volume.
it is the ones that get to be baseball bat size that are best left to chicken or hog feed.
I plant a row of them I end up with a lot of them when they are coming in fast , but a nice number early and late I try and pick them in that 8-12" target range

I knew I forgot something. Not too late. If I plant one something kills it, if two it's too many.
