I have had good luck using fresh deer liver but it seems to lose its attraction once it gets real cold. Once that happens I switch over to aged horse or snares.


Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

I agree once it stays cooler 20 and lower it loses it's smell because of the water content,it work's really well in above freezing temps here.Hoof tea is a decent attrant,but you better know how to use it other wise all you will have is sprung traps from rolling in it.
