Just hazel here. Right handed and right eye dominant until I lost my right eye.
Had to learn to shoot left handed then.

green RH. What's this hazel you're talking about? People say green, blue or brown where I'm from
If you have trouble deciding whether your eyes are brown or green... you probably have hazel eyes. Hazel eyes change, based a lot on what color clothing you wear.. sometimes looks more brown and other times looking more green. Everyone here keeps saying "green hazel"......... is there a "blue hazel"? Because I've never heard of it.

Blue of course, everyone knows that people with blue eyes are the smartest! LOL
Sometimes I curse blue though as they are more sensitive to bright light. My wife gives me (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) all the time because I almost always have a pair of sunglasses on if I am outside during daylight hours.
Coolest eyes I have ever seen were owned by a girl I knew in college. She had the palest blue eyes I have ever seen, they were absolutely gorgeous. My maternal grandmother and all her siblings had ice blue eyes like that. Their eyes were amazing. The were all blondes. My great uncles were giant like, very tall, very large shouldered, very strong, with large heads. My mother and her siblings have blonde hair and light blue eyes. I got the long torso, wide shoulders, strength and large head with short Sicilan legs from my half Sicilan dad thrown on. If I had normal sized legs for my torso length, I would be over 6' 4" instead of 5' 9" Keith

Mine are BLUE! I'm often considered a WASP. Maybe because of my 50% Scottish?

I'm green hazel. I was surprised to see it's one of the rarest. I am another one!

I suspect your sons' "gray" eyes are a form of blue.
Mine are blue, mid range.
The way I understand the genetics is that blue and green are recessive eye colors in the classic 4 possible combo square: BB (brown), Bb (brown), bB (brown), bb (blue or green). What makes the difference between blue and green is another allele somewhere else. But that allele doesn't change the above dominance.
The "hazel" eye thing I think is either a version of green (so a recessive eye color) or a version of brown (a rare but still dominant gene placement). As far as I understand it, a person can't be blue eyed and then change to brown during some mood. Its supposedly not genetically possible. So when Ole Joe has blue eyes one day and does a speech with brown eyes two days later, he is most likely wearing some sort of colored contact for some reason OR his pupils are so dilated that almost no iris is being seen. Or its someone else...
