Any idea what this is? No marking at all. That is a super deluxe, double secret semi automatic pig castrator !!! If you convert that to fully automatic you are required get that thing NPC registered with BAPC and pay the tax. You know you can't get a supressor for that thing without a permit, right ? You'd better hang onto it because they didn't make too many of those !!! w

I made one very similar. A drilled piece of angle bolted to a column at my shed. Made mine heavier though, for auto tires. Yours is likely for ATV's/lawn tractors, or maybe motorcycles.
