Taking a coffee break in my air-conditioned office after replacing three hydraulic hoses on my backhoe and having to run to the local repair guy four times to get a steel line brazed after a hose fitting seized on it and the nipple was destroyed getting it off. His braze held but loosened a nearby brazed fitting. He did the second repair for free.I'm getting really good at taking that line off and on. LOL

Gotta put it back on one last time before I call it a day.

Just got in, round up a food plot area, then a round apple tree orchard. Helped brother with some dozing on our properties, and set up a culvert. Home now pressure washing the deck I repaired yesterday. Stain it tomorrow. Fire on the deck with cold beer later.

Just got done mowing 10 acres of grass for a neighbor

Just got home. Walk in, my wife said. Don't sit down. Go two more calls. Snake in house and bat call. At least headed out door with a mug of hot coffee.

I'm in northern New Mexico looking at some property and enjoying the cooler temperatures.

Just got home from the post mill. Picked up a couple Nacho Supreme's from local diner/bar, Taco Tuesday.....Unloading a bundle of 4 foot oak slabwood, corduroy a trail into my ash swamp to get to some firewood.

Cutting trees down to make room for my chicken koop and also I can push the snow further in the woods.

waiting to get off work thinking about the cold beer waiting for me.

Finished the snake call. Managed to schedule the bat call for the morning.
Headed home, hopefully for good tonight. Been a 16 hour day so far. Might need more coffee. Still have paperwork to do.

Worked from 5am to 4pm. Stopped at the post office and store after work. Talked to my mom on the phone, did all the critter chores, and now contemplating finding the energy to fix supper, lol.

Just got in from taking care of a skunk and taking castor and tail hopefully off my last problem beaver.

I had an easy day... Boss told me and another guy to build out some motor control cabinets. We were out in the workshop with no A/C... but we were out of the sun and had a fan, so no complaints.

Drive home was actually not bad. Traffic wasn't ridiculous.

Wife wanted me to chase her around the house. So I did... and she let me catch her.

Had a nice supper. Ice cream for dessert.

Now I'm laying in bed , feet propped up, enjoying the fan blowing cold air on me.

All in all, not a bad day at all.

Fixing to load up some traps and drags for coyotes in the morning. Maybe set 6 or 7 flat sets in dry creek washes. But for now. Drinking lemonade and vodka

Doing nothing but the good thing is I'm almost done for the day.

You putting laundry away? We use those things for hanging laundry.
