There are Arctic Char all aong the Arctic Arcapelego in Canada. A small Population I Banks Island and much bigger populations in multiple lakes on Victoria Island. Im not as familiar with the populations in Nunavut. The char in The Coppermine River may be Dollys Im not sure about that.
