bblwi trapper B Joined: Dec 2006 East-Central Wisconsin	I don't feel it was ever a den, could have been a covered feeding nook. Exposed dens or openings above water are not good or safe places for rats. There is probably other species using that space now. If legal I would put a body gripper up close and over the opening if you indeed feel there are rats you want to catch. Bryce
