As Vinke said brush it in a little and stake that sucker down well or youll get a drowned beaver sometimes.They can pull a gcge trap or roll on into the water.

Just put a x large cage on the edge with a curiosity lure and a shiny stick in it and mud slicked to it.
I can even catch them in havajunk traps

Yup, never had to brush one in other than to hide it from two legged varmints.

Only reason for brush is if they can come In the back way.
