Tonight I pan fried a half pound burger topped with american cheese, two strips of bacon and sauteed onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. It was accompanied by a side salad. Yummy again!

Under the sauteed onion, peppers, mushrooms, bacon and american cheese - lol.

I do the same thing for breakfast. Swap in ground sausage for the beef, ditch the salad and lay two runny fried eggs on top.........with a few dashes of Cholula for garnish.

Once you get to counting Carbs it becomes normal. With Diabetes I gave to take one unit of Insulin for every 15 carbs. I really try to cut them out. Pauls meal looks to be perfect for a Diabetic.
