Kaatz brothers Gold Label bait? I've never heard of a fox based bait before and I am curious about it.

Try it. What have you got to lose? $12, to be exact, lol. I did end up ordering some along with another order but would still be curious to hear if anyone else has used it.

you can improve on straight meat
buying stuff from a dealer its good to remember you can buy catfish bait at walmart. it will catch a few fish. dealers number one goal is to sell their stuff. some stuff is lots better than others. even when bought from some of the big names
good fish oil, not pressed, will improve any meat.

Fox chunked up as bait is not very good here in the cold.Too lean.Dries out very quickly and loses smell. A fox carcass will attract other fox in the fall, but is more of a lure than a bait. The ravens love it,and wolves of course will eat it.

You add some pure sun rendered Trout oil to any meat base and it will be greatly improved in attractiveness. I ordered some of your new peachy bait to try out too.

Protein is just protein to a predator indiscriminately. I call bull on that. Let's see you catch fox on ground otter then, lol.

I've tested a fair number of meats for bases, to say there's is no difference in attraction from one to the other is not true I’d bet degree of hunger and effort has more to do with selection than type.
