… rock farmer… I’ll put instructions in here shortly for you… use any cut from back strap to ham steaks … tenderize the ham steaks..

… cut into strips

… dip in half egg half milk wash

… roll in 1/4 cornmeal to 3/4 flour (seasoned with Tony C’s)

… fry in peanut oil at 350 degrees until golden
