We left Friday for Wisconsin to do the closing on the house we bought in Fond du Lac. Met the new neighbors. All of the neighbors seemed very nice. Now the packing and moving begins. I told my wife that it had to be quick because Hunting and Trapping season is not that long.

I think since I have a WV CDL I can still get by with a resident Hunting and Trapping License. Yes I will be Red Neck to those Yankees. They will finally get some Class in Fond du Lac.

I'm from Alabama and trust me, just as many rednecks here in WI, They just all talk funny! Lol. I'm in the Northwoods right now fishing and utv riding the trails, and met nothing but regular Ole country folks. I can't understand half of what they say, but I think it's good! Lol

When you earnestly believe you can compensate for a lack of skill by doubling your efforts, there's no end to what you can't do.

You'll need to have lived in Wisconsin for at least 30 days and have proof of residency to include either a WI driver's license, proof of income tax paid to the state or proof of voter registration in order to qualify for resident licenses.

The only thing your WV CDL will get you is a nonresident license.

Can you get SSI disability & keep your CDL, seems like a safety liability & counter-intuitive.

What does CDL have to do with SSI??? A Drivers License does not have anything to do with SSI Disability???

Really? In PA you need to get an annual physical to have CDLs since there is alot more risk than just driving a normal vehicle. I certainly wouldn't want someone with a medical condition serious enough to warrant getting disability passing my family on a highway behind the wheel of a 40 ton semi.

OK whatever you say blowhard, you get pretty defensive; guilty conscience? Look, I couldn't care less about all the dirty laundry you air or the circumstances of your disability but anybody able bodied enough to pass a DOT physical & carry a CDL shouldn’t be eligible for disability.

Randall-you have got to stop obsessing over me. It's super gay.

Since you got so wound up, I do now wonder if you retired on disability.

It seems most of the self proclaimed conservatives on here have checkered conservative resumes.

So my Brother in law who has one arm amputated and gets disability SSI. He recently went back to work driving for Central. Now you claim he should not be allowed a CDL because of his arm?? YOU need to junk your medical license along with BC!!!

Hey BC, I bet your Medical knowledge does not even surpass Snyde. BTW I retired on a PENSION and was granted the Disability 4 years ago. I just now accepted the SSI Disability. Just like your claims that someone cannot drive his Grand daughter around and be on Disability. Remember that BS you spewed???

What you said was that if he is Disabled he could not have a CDL!!! You CAN have a CDL and be Disabled!!! YOU want to lump ALL disabilities into one group!! An arm missing does not fail you in a Physical as well as many other Disabilities!!! You people want to play Doctor and have never went to Medical school. BTW you can work limited hours and still get SSI Disability.
