So can any percentage of these mink actually survive in the wild or are they too domesticated? I have raised bobwhite quail and have read that the captive raised quail have almost zero chance at survival. Might be a little different with a predator though?

A few may survive. Decades ago there was a population of grey phase mink in an area of north central Wisconsin that were descendents of escaped mink. From a time when the pens were much more primitive.
Someone had to open the pens. They are not raised in a herd type scenario all running loose in a group. Unless they have changed, Stahl's raised mostly mutation mink.

Doubtful any will survive. I raised a few and they've been domesticated for so long that they've had the hunt bred out of them for the most part. You can foster other species of animals to lactating females. I think those grey phased mink just got loose at the right time and a few bucks bred with wild females.
