^^^^^^ This^^^^

People are selling them for hundreds of $'s in my area to bow fishermen. We were invaded several years ago by snakeheads. Weekend nights looks like an alien invasion in the back bays.

I shot what I considered an old one I bought in 97 and it's not as old and slow as what your pictures are of.

I would have zero use for those sitting around taking up space.

but having a dozen 1990s-2000s tech compounds doesn't do anything new or different or better.

it is a little like having a dozen single shot 12ga with no choke sure it may be handy to have one in the house one in the truck but after a while it is work to keep them all from rusting in the MS humidity for nothing new or different the first 2 didn't do and they are not even enjoyable to shoot.

Not really about doing any new or better for me

I lusted for a Martin Cougar Magnum w/ energy cams in 1983.

Never got one.

Found one on ebay last year, and for $85 nostalgia got the best of me.

It was an excellent well cared for specimen. But after mostly just stick bows the last 25yrs it just wasn't that great.
