Material on hand to build nested style boxes.
I've decided on a trap brand & size. I'm good with bait & lure.
My question is, with my target experience of zero, the 9 days & limit of 2 how many sets would I roughly need?
Love to be successful, not concerned about quantity of traps to purchase.
I'm concerned of over limit more than anything.

Depends on the population that year,up here to get our 4 two trappers we normally set 10 to 12 sets and get our limit usually on the first check which is a 2 day check ,sometimes we will wait and do a 3 day check,running all 120's or 155's,good luck you should have a great adventure.

I'm no expert but I'd want at least 2 dozen sets out

I don't have Pine Marten in this area but if I am seeing fisher sign I only set up to 4 sets for my 2 fisher. 9 days is usually enough time. But definitely depends on the population in your area.
