It be impossible for me to cook on anything ,but a gas stove. So much more control of heat settings...and faster too.

Some Delmonico Steaks...in the Vintage Wagner...with little potatoes and asparagus where do you find these steaks at and what are the prices per lb. they look delicious.

They are called ribeyes around here houndone, and they are too expensive to fry in a skillet. lol They need a good hot grill. We have weather that makes grilling for me not doable at times. A good steak cooked in a good cast iron skillet is something to be reckoned with. The crust, the seasoning, the smell, and perfect doneness. We do it at home and camp when the weather won’t allow the grill to get hot enough. We had home made enchiladas in green sauce tonight. I am plugged full and well satisfied.

Got that meat at the local Hannafords Grocery store. The wife picked them up...guessing 12.99 lb
