These mini bolt cutters work excellent, along with Harbor Freight mini bolt cutters
Have cut lots of cable for snares etc using these. Never a problem cutting snare cable.

I just use the one on my ARM bench swager. Always just used linemen dikes if I need to cut one loose in the field.

Just this past Saturday, I bought a Felco, Swiss made, at a yard sale for $1.00,,, one dollar. The spring on it is ready for boothill but it cuts cable just fine. $1.00, I couldn't pass that up.
