What are your guy's dimensions for 160 and 220 conibear boxes? Would it be better to make 2 different boxes one for each trap size or make a combined all purpose one? Thanks in advance!

For my 160s I use 9x9 inch square buckets so that size or 10x10" should be good for boxes I would think. Size up a bit for 220s.

I make 10x10" square boxes, they work with 160's and 220"s. One thing I do is make sure I cut the channels almost half way the length of my trap, and I put a strip across the top of the opening about 3" wide. It helps with keeping a dog out of there and when a coon gets in there he is going to get it.

I seen a box somewhere that was smaller at the screen and bigger at the opening.Like a square cone.
With deep narrow slots it would take a 220 and a 120,the 120 just set a bit further into the opening.
The boxes also nested somewhat into each other for transporting to set up.

I built boxes for both size traps. Would have to measure for the size difference.
