20scout good to see a photo of you. And I LIKE your truck cap/topper. Mine are just like that with the side opening windows and not sliders......jk

Dang it. Now I am getting inspired again after putting away all of my equipment, boat, motor, and lift. I see warmer temps now and you all have got me thinking about dragging it all back out to catch a few more beaver. I hope for my sake that this urge soon passes. Great job, guys...especially Mike. All I am seeing for "warmer" temps are 40 on Saturday with highs of 34-35 the rest of the time. 2-4 hours a day above freezing doesn't excite me about playing in the water.
I have nothing clever to put here.

Geeze Mike, after seeing your pile I'm humbled by my small catch of only 4. That's a lot of hard work to do those numbers!! 20scout good to see a photo of you. And I LIKE your truck cap/topper. Mine are just like that with the side opening windows and not sliders......jk I like the fact I can keep snow out of the box and still reach my equipment.

For around here the ten day forecast showed several days above 34 but once I stepped out this morning to the cold wind off the lake, my inspirations cooled down a lot.

I pulled mine today because of deer season as well. Caught a total of ten from the one lodge. Two kits, and the rest where adults with the largest being 62 lbs. The pond is large enough and connected to a few others that I have no reason not to believe there are more in the area.
