Dad uses that.

I also got a foam roller I roll back and forth on in the floor and sometimes it helps with my back.

Much joint inflammation/joint pain is caused by seed oils.
Stop using them and it will help a lot, if not cure it. Remember everything in a restaurant is cooked in it, and most packed foods contain it.
Bad stuff.

And if eliminating the seed oils doesn't reduce the problem, start cutting way back on carbohydrates in your diet.

Miles exceeded warranty. That's a good way to put it. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my neck when I was around forty-five years old. That was twenty years ago. Some days it's really bad and then I can go days where it doesn't seem to bother me at all. I've read diet can exacerbate it.

You might try Devils Club oil salve. I use it on my knees, and it does wonders. I have used it on my back with equal success. Doesn't work so well on my hands though. I was using a cane for a while and when I started using it, I threw the cane away.

Hands have one of the Arthur brothers. It is a bad thing to have but wear and tear is part of life. We could have lived in a bubble in our life but that wouldn't have been called life.

No help on what to use I just get things moving in the morn and carry on with all he important things in life.

3years ago I started on a Keto diet. Lost 50 lbs. and you would be amazed at the change in aches and pains you no longer have. I still follow a keto diet in that I try not to eat very many carbs and cut out the veggie oil. I’m 71 and very active, laid concrete block every day on a school job this summer for a couple of months. I walk a lot trapping and none of this would halve been possible without changing my diet and life style as far as eating is concerned. I also don’t eat anything for 18 hrs a day. I eat lunch at 1 pm and supper is over by 6 pm, and that’s it. No snack after supper, that really packs on the weight. Your bp will go down, joints quit hurting and you will feel better than you have in years.

My neck was pretty stoved up from a combat training exercise that got out of control 20 years ago, a turn to the left was limited it was gritty during movement like a bird hit hard with a shotgun pattern. My chiropractor could not get it to adjust it took months and when it did pop my feet came off the table.

After working it more it’s freed up now some days total movement some days mild stiffness mostly from my sleeping patterns. I’ve gone to one pillow only that helped relieve the stiffness as 2 pillows got to be too much. I noticed this while at the cabin in MO without my regular pillows my neck stiffness was about gone.

Foam rolling is a very good thing to do.

As Bob Hope once said, "Getting old ain't for sissies!". At 74 I can attest to that fact. Getting up off my back pockets and doing stuff really helps keep me loose, but I got a knee that's way too loose already! Can't believe how far away the floor is getting these days. Lidocain patches is about all that helps my hip.

I have pretty good luck with easing the pain using over the counter Lidocaine roll on and acetaminophen.

My grandfather used bee stings for arthritis. I would get bees from the hive in a jar, and he would hold the jar over the spot he wanted stung. Worked for him.

Everything mentioned works, depends on just how bad and long you've had issues, once your bone on bone nothing works, OTC painkillers just knocks the edge off the pain....When you've waited too long, joint replacements is your only hope of decent pain relief.

Hips get sore if I sit around too much.
Went to the doc to ask about it.
He sent me for x rays, and the doc said after looking at them I was just starting to get some arthritis in my lower back, but hips were good, just need to stretch more.
Funny thing,my back rarely ever gets sore,Unless I do something stupid like lift a heavy weight and twist the wrong way.
I noticed when I bought a good expensive pair of running shoes and started wearing them last summer my hip pain went away.

Hyperbaric oxygen treatments, we got a chamber to help my wife recover from a stroke,we now longer hurt from arthritis and her fibromyalgia is gone, she had it 18+ years.
I had a knuckle swollen, hurt like it was hot with a hammer if I lightly bumped it while working.
The end of my finger was starting to go sideways.
Second treatment I had less pain in the knuckle, 1-2 months later most the swelling and pain was gone.
Now my finger is straight and almost no swelling, I can rap it on a table, no pain.
The oxygen treatments really work
