That is another nice shot of you, Jack.

You look like Sam Elliot. The western actor.

That's a compliment , of course wink

Sam Elliot would want to play Jack if the book was ever made into a movie

Truer words never spoken, Hoss.

Lots of us think back on our lives and what we were doing , as you read his book and the years and dates he was living a certain adventure. I sure did.

Sam's voice is more coarse in sound and volume. Jack has a soft voice.

I really enjoy reading A habit I learned at an early age I would say that enjoying reading has been a major influence in my life Jack.s book goes into detail about his many adventures during his work career . And also some during his private life .I highly recommend reading it. I purchased 2 copies of it Kept one for myself and sent another copy to a friend that I have exchanged quite a few books over the years..

I was born and raised on a farm I spent more than 50 years hunting squirrels rabbits pheasants deer bear and what ever was in season . I trapped for muskrats coon fox coyote Looking back I feel like I lived and adventure also But not on a scale of trapping leopards and tigers. Researching marten in places very few men every set foot on before the book most of us could not even think of doing such things This book book puts the first hand account of some one that did it If you buy it you will enjoy it

One of these days when my kids are grown and I have time to read again I’ll get your books for sure. Don’t have the time to do much reading these days but I’m sure your books are exactly what I like to read.

Time well spent…would be reading this book with your kids….two stones with one bird…

Time well spent in reading about appreciating the life of someone very unique , while they are still alive….is a priceless gift.
