Groenwold is the coon market if you can call it that. With his warehouse in China where they sell dressed skins he can turn a profit on cheap skins and at the present time no other buyers have that type of an arrangement and can make money on coon . The only possible hope for our markets is the world is running out of ranch mink. The other thing that sucks is we have only one market basically and that’s China . That isn’t a stable situation.

American dollar going down the drain can drive price's up a bit as well. Still figure by spring when southern trappers go to sell bottom will of fell out of everything except maybe the flat backed cats that are selling like hotcakes for some reason.

I heard Groenwold is paying top dollar for dorsal skinned coon….heavy 3x north central only.

He did come to my area 2 years ago but no routes any more by me...
The local fur buyer's are all gone and I have email them about
