On another note, I don't get into deer hunting but I was sitting there wondering do you think with all the noise in these dry dead leaves detours deer or you think they can tell what is making the noise isn't a threat? Because the turkeys sounded like a heard of bufflao in those leaves. Also I've heard old times talk that squirrels will warn of deer coming by falling treed and barking like they would at you. Has anyone else seen this?

Ya'll have it comfortable. I live about 20 miles from rocky top TN ..... I have to stand while I hunt or take a folding seat with me

I'd love to have an interpreter who could crack the code on squirrels. They bark at me but they bark at each other and probably a lot of other stuff. I don't know how detrimental they are to a hunt.

As far as noise goes spooking deer, I think it's all about volume, cadence and snapping limbs.
