Does anyone know the current law regarding AR-15 pistol braces? I'm hearing that they're legal if the barrel is over 16 inches. I'm also hearing that they are illegal regardless of barrel length. I will do some more research when I have time. Just looking for a quick answer right now.

I’m guessing your referring to legal as don’t need a stamp vs needing a stamp?

It’s my understanding with a 16” barrel they are legal…no stamp required.
Also heard the ruling that makes them legal for pistols hasn’t been finalized so to put one on a pistol…stamp required.

Yes, I should have been more specific. Without a stamp.

1) non-elected agencies cannot make laws
2) all federal gunlaws violate the 2nd and thee 10th amendments
3) all state gun laws go against the scotus decision of marbury vs. madison.

THERE ARE NO CONSTITUTIONAL GUN LAWS! all ya gotta do is say no!
