Anyone remember these bad boys? That right there represents disappointment. Set it up on a hot trail or scrape, wait a week, pull the film and run it to the drugstore to get the film developed, wait a week for it to come back and find out the only pic it captured was the deers hind quarters.

The only bear pics I’d get were a big eyeball right up to the lense.
The ir wasn’t good enough to work on that deep black hair.

I never used them for bear, I used the trusty old TrailTimers. Remember those?

And don’t forget the click they made. You could hear it from 30ft away. That’s how we knew they were working, lol.
They’ve definitely come a long ways now.

Sure! I think I still have some of those little grey box’s. Had those dam strings running all over the woods.

I remember seeing those at the gun shop as a kid and wondering how the heck they worked.

Oh yeah! Still got my non typical deer cam! Drove all the way to Springfield Missouri to bass pro ( the only one there was back then) to buy it at the fall hunting classic. I think I paid $280 for it, my old man said I was crazy. That thing is setting in the original box in my basement right now.

I have one with a tooth mark in it. Bear. Pretty sure I still have it. Gotta go dig around in my pile.
