I've been told by people who know that I have a bit of a temper, that I am patient with people.
Those two characteristics seem to be somewhat at odds with each other, so I don't really know what to think on this subject.

Maybe it's like my 21 year old daughter said about me. " dad is pretty chill most of the time but when he has had enough look out"

as you would imagine most people just call me Pete

I get along with everyone
the guy who does 4-H shooting sports
used to be that guy who is a scout leader
some know I trap , some know I hunt
some know I butcher stuff
that guy with all the firewood who cuts down trees , one neighbor told another neighbor I cut down his tree then they hired me to cut down their tree.
apparent another neighbor calls me grizzly Adams

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I have 775 phone numbers in my business phone here in Alaska after 40 years and never once advertised! Just the way I like it!

I love the smell of burning spruce---I love the sound of a spring time goose---I love the feel of 40 below---from my trapline I will never go!

I don't know what my community thinks. I work in a library and a lot of people think I'm in the wrong place but I love it. No one yells at me or shoots at me or swears at me or tries to blow me up. So I'm the librarian with a beard. I love knowledge and history, my wife knows me as a history nerd. My son knows me as a super hero, even though I want to be as humble and kind as him when I grow up. My wife knows me as a goof ball who likes to catch critters and go to college.

Around here they hung the moniker "Wildman" on me about twenty years ago. Most younger people around here don't know my given name.

It was written on the bathroom wall for crying out loud!

I have nothing clever to put here.

Got me beat. I have somewhere north of 600 customers after 27 years working for myself. Many of them are repeat customers and I have files on all of them. But only a select few have my cell phone number. The rest can call my office land line or email me when they need me.

I haven't advertised in twenty years and I'm busier than I want to be.

Eh...wot?

In my community I am known as an outdoorsman, no doubt about it. Hunting, fishing, trapping, that's my identify within the people I know personally.

I am also known as a person who will challenge those around me spiritually. Some pretty in-depth spiritual conversations have taken place around campfires with my friends. These people consider me a deep thinker and they choose their words carefully because I really analyze things at a very deep level. On the other hand, I have a sense of humor that can put people in stitches at the drop of a hat.

The number one way I like to think of myself, is as a follower of Jesus; not a religious person, but simply a sold-out follower.
