I very rarely see concretions around Glendive except for the ones full of oysters and ammonites. Maybe that is what you meant.

Concretions are natural, but larger sized once often sell for decent money. In the last month, I've seen two around 12" concretions sell for well over $100.00 each, in two different auctions. I think your concretion would sell well too.

I found a rock about the size of my hand that is rather lite for its size I kept it figuring it may have crystals inside it ?

Thanks for the Concretion Hoodoo picture I've never seen one quite like it before and have spent the majority of my life in eastern Montana.
