I got mine on Friday. I thought the DVD was a little short too. I just can't get enough of hunting and trapping videos.

The manual is awesome. There are a lot of sets I could put to use next year unless of course we get a boat load of snow while in Hawaii. I might have to give them a try if that's the case.

Thanks for your comments guys.

The length of the video was a huge issue between ATA and the producer. Quite frankly, we were appalled when we found out that it was not longer. We had quite a tussle with the producer about it, but unfortunately this little detail was not specifically dealt with in the contract. By the time we realized what was going on, we could not go back and add more footage without significantly adding to our production cost. It was a learning experience for us.

Should we get around to producing a sequel, rest assured that we have learned out lesson!

Rick, We threw the wolverine stuff into the manual as a bonus! I think it was a good decision.

I've not viewed the DVD yet, but have found the manual to be very informative and an enjoyable read as well. Quotes intermingled with instruction and lots of useful illustrations an pics are a bonus. I'd highly recommend this manual.

If you guys want editing input, let us know where to send it. A few typos common to a first printing. My pages are coming loose from the binding at the top. The wife runs a library branch so I'll dab some binding glue in to take care of that...

Just got the DVD and manual and I just watched the DVD at my work desk. It is informative, good to "see" it rather than read about it and try to "vision" it. Now, I am bored, so Iguess I will read the manual,..
maybe I will make good use of the caribou bones and head I just got.. I beeter not do any trail sets though, i am liable to catch a whole pack, tied together with a guy in a basket behind em this weekend

My DVD and Manual arrived today in 100% condition.
First thing I did was put on the DVD and whilst watching it ran a row of stitches down the binding on the manual with my harness machine.
Pete I have learned a bunch of things especially on snaring.

Bloody good value, would recomend it to anybody interested in trapping.

A few minor problems though,NO SNOW ,WOLVES OR WOLVERINE WHERE I LIVE!

Alan, maybe you should import some wolves to control the cats and rabbits! Do you think they would eat them toads?

There may be some hope for you Idaho guys on the wolves. The area biologist that was here for several years and fought the same battle, is now stationed in Pocatello and has just been named to a state wolf management team. He is also a trapper.
