I have a big cannon 64 gun safe and a smaller oxbow (made by cannon) 32 gun safe. Oth have electronic locks. The oxbow i started having trouble with they keypad and i called cannon and they sent me a new S&G keypad at no cost. Safe was probably close to 10 yrs old at the time. So far no issues with the big safe
