I grew up in is awash in dead body's, missing people, etc. and the sheriff's office is working night and day to explain them away or ignore them altogether! Small rural population so 10 or so people ending up dead or missing never to be seen again and anyone who comes forward with any information suddenly goes missing too isn't just a few odd coincidence's.
After being missing for over a month, Jeremy Abbott’s body was found in the Haleyville area of Marion County, AL on July 21, 2017. His friend, Jessica Hamby, told law enforcement where to find his body and that’s where they found him. According to those close to Jessica, she was scared that if she told where Jeremy was and what happened to him, those responsible would come for her next and asked for protection.
Instead, Jeremy’s death was shockingly ruled to be suicide before his body was removed from the scene, without an autopsy even though it was requested by family and it appears without even the county coroner coming to the scene to view his body as required by Alabama law.
2 days after Jeremy was found, Jessica sent these messages to a friend. 5 and a half months later Jessica disappeared. Law enforcement has maintained that Jeremy’s death was a suicide and they haven’t opened an investigation into his death and they have maintained that Jessica’s disappearance couldn’t be related to the murder she witnessed and the information she provided to law enforcement about that murder.
