Flipper 56 OP trapper Joined: Jan 2019 Posts: 6,679 Wabash, IN USA	Got this on an email from the Indiana State Trappers Assoc. Thought I would share it with you all. John Allen, III with a 80.34 pound northern Indiana beaver. For those of you who don't know John he stands over 6 feet. So, this picture gives you an idea of how big this beaver is. "Where Can A Man Find Bear Beaver And Other Critters Worth Cash Money When Skinned?"

I don't remember it being near as big as either of those pictured. Gonna have to go by mom and dad's and see if I can find that picture

One of the earliest Hudson Bay brigades reported catching several 100 lb beaver in Oregon's Ochoco mountain range in northeastern Oregon. For me personally (with over 8000 beaver to my credit) 74 lbs is the biggest I've caught. 80 lbs is a brute. My fear of moving stairs is escalating!
