We got whopped here too Danny. Maybe 8 inches and then the winds hit yesterday and made some bad drifts, and all the wet heavy snow from day before turned to ice. Roads are all crap down here now.

Seen some real bad snow in Wy, West KS. NE, Dakotas, Donner . Literally cant see 20 yards. Been in Erie PA and Buffalo when lake effect snow rolls in. I get tired of the gloom and doom when every day snowfall gets described by tv talking heads.

Or, smart, mebbe. My pops spent 35 years as a utility lineman. He never complained about using a bucket truck. No one ever will. But when the works inaccessible, alotta crews can’t do it. We showed up down a street in Toronto and the people living there came out and asked “are you guys just gonna roll through with your trucks and carry on like the last 4 crews?” Foreman looks at him kinda funny “no, why? We’ll be outta here in 6-8 hours and your power will be back on” lol.
