Nothing like that Paul. You are eating like a King right there.

Just a cold cut hoagie for me tonight that I threw together. I ate some venison sticks for an appetizer.

The little ones are sweeter. Less of the gut sac also.

We have a local oyster farm and they produce some tasty oysters. Salty Lady is the outfits name.

We have a local company’s also, some will grade.
I look for size, shell, and how dirty. I don’t want to use a pressure washer to eat
Got a spot under bridge on a island that not to many people know about.

Biggest oysters can be found in a bay that the old sepic systems are failing.

That looks like a healthy meal,Paul.
I sawed a frozen turkey in half yesterday with the meatsaw, and the wife cooked up half of it today with all the trimmings.

Vinke, it all depends of the area's waters they come from. e.g, oysters from the Chesapeake and Delaware Bays, East Coast, Gulf, and Pacific oysters are all different in size, shape, taste, and quality :-)

I live too far from the coast to afford that good seafood at home I guess. Rarely see crab legs under $20/lb and fresh oysters are $25/lb. 1/4 of that is the brine they are in. frown I get my moneys worth at the seafood buffet at the casino though. laugh
