Lets not get carried away here. She's a great player. Right up there with the best women of all time imo. But she's not the best shooter of all-time. She's pretty unique in that she can shoot an NBA 3, but she's not shooting from the logo like Steph Curry routinely does. You really can't compare the long, quick stretchy defenses that curry faces to college athletes and the relative lower athletic abilities. as much as I detest curry, But I don't think there's much argument about an in his prime curry's place at the top of the rankings of all-time great shooters.
Clarks all around game is where she defines her greatness. I certainly tune in if she's playing. She's not shooting from the logo??????? THAT'S WHAT SHE'S MOST FAMOUS FOR!!!! Watch some of her highlight videos man.

I didn’t know people watched girls b-ball They weren't until she came along. For the first time, women's college BBall is on prime time TV. Arenas that were getting 3,000 fans are now packing the place with 18,000 fans when she comes to town. The major networks are bidding on the games she plays in. We have never seen anything like this before. Ever.

To say she is the best shooter ever is silly. She is very good, but not the best ever, Come on man. I never said she was the best ever....silly....First of all you need to define what a shooter is? Is it a 7 ft post player shooting from 3 feet out and dunking? Like I said...she's a 60% shooter from 2 range. A lot of post players can't do that.

A desperation heave at the end of the half or game is not shooting from the logo regularly as part of the offense. LOL dude I'd say your lying about tuning in when she's is playing or you would know better.

I’ll tune into girls basketball again when any team, college or pro can make at least 80% of their layups. The little I’ve seen over the years, I’ve not seen that happen. Maybe she’s really good, possibly the best, but what is she being compared to or competing against.

Case in point 2 yes 2 players scored more than 65 points yesterday. One broke 70.Since November the average NBA game combined score is 258 point per. That's average. Game over the weekend was 159 to 146. Just watch 3 minutes of pro if you can stomach it. It shoot 3 or drive. IF the players drive the defense just gets out of the way and give up lay up or dunk.

Really? You gotta watch the playoffs man. Did you see Aaron Gordon shut down Kat, KD, LeBron & Jimmy Butler in successive playoff series last year. Denver won last year in part because AG put the clamps on two top ten offensive players in the history of the game. Total scores are generally a poor measure of defense. Pace of the game dictates score as much or more than lack of defense.

If she is the best is a opinion. But the fact is she has done to women college basketball what Jordan did to the pro game, and what Woods did to golf. She has done this with class and humility. She got blind sided by a Ohio State fan who was rushing the court, after the game. her reaction was, that she understood but it was an unfortunate incident. She is the best at what she does in my opinion hands down. Iowa sports fans are proud that she represents this state.

The only complaint I have about her is that she is a Hawkeye and not a cyclone. Those ISU girls are pretty good too! Fun to watch them play.

Have to agree that best ever is in different eyes and opinions. There is no way to objectively make that claim. Kinda like Jordan/LeBron, different time and both are extremely good. Remember also most are only seeing her highlights, no misses and mishaps. My opinion she is one of the top 3 shooters I have ever seen and I used to watch a lot of basketball. Bird was my favorite player and not because he was white.
