Make it bigger than you think you need. I can't help with a floor plan. I put up fur in a pole barn and it's a mess right now.

Sage that is a pile of coyotes. I see a small path to the left.

Where I used to live I had an 9× 12 shed and I had no choice but to keep it organized.
Now I have a 30×30 and a long list of honey dose.
Shop organization is on the back burner.
I'll admit I'm abit of a slob when it comes to the shop and my truck.

Build it so you can always add on. As you can see you never seem to have enough room.

One thing I would recommend is trying to set up your room so that you don't have to walk to grab a tool, ever. I really like to be able to skin, flesh and board a critter and all I have to do is turn around.
