So been wet and getting rained on all day , and been kinda busy so not a tone of time to cook but 4 guys with me need some something warm and kinda heavy ...and since all the left out was a pick of burgers .....yeahhhh that wasn't gonna do it. So super easy deal
Burgers , seasoning, little oil, four beer stock one and a bell pepper

So large pan little oil , cooke the burgers done or close enough and season the dang things ,no salt and pepper isnt good enough

Take them out and leave all that good stuff at the bottom

3/4 of a green bell pepper 3/4 of a onion 1/3 sliced fine 1/3rd course 1/3 long.
Toss it in the burger greases and cooked them down for a bit

Ok once they've cooked down a good bit add some beef both to got all the tar off the bottom

Scrap the bottom let it all cook down while you stir for a minute or two

Once the bottom of daily clean and stuff is cooked own pretty decent add some flour, how much ? Idk it's like pancakes too thick add more broth to thin add more flour . Stir it well don't let it stick to the bottom too much
Once it's mixed keed adding your beef broth

Now just toss your burgers back in put it on low and forget about the whole deals general existence for a while.

Fyi if you put a lid on your pot your gravy will get more watery due to the stream condensing back and dripping back in. But yeah make you some boxed taters sauteed so canned green beans and boom. Hamburger steak.
