This video is a departure from the normal videos I create, but I enjoy doing things like this. Not sure if this kind of thing will get any views to speak of, but I'm interested in what people think of it. Let me know please.

I like it. Transition could be a little smoother but love the content.

Transitions between the cuts within the video? Not sure what you mean.

I enjoyed it and I also enjoy seeing a video about your life experiences as you evolve through the years and places of wonder and great moments in time that helped shape you into the love of these places.
Keep up the great work.

It's been quite an adventure that's for sure.

I'll tell you one story that you might find interesting. You saw people jumping off that rock into the water in the video.

Back in 1983 I went way back into the wilderness with a friend, following logging roads until we came to that lake. Fishing was amazing. It was about the 3rd day there and it was pretty hot, and I was craving a bath. I came across that big rock and I was thinking it would be fun to jump off of it into the water. With my little 12-foot boat and Lowrance green box depthfinder, I went by the front of that rock and found that it was 9 feet deep. That's deep enough, so I crawled up on that rock and jumped off.

Later, I started bringing my kids along on trips to that lake and they all jumped off the rock. Some of their friends came along and did as well. About 15 years ago, I started leading church groups and sportsman club groups of men and boys to the lake for a wilderness camping experience. We pick a warm day and everyone jumps off the rock. Hundreds of people have now jumped off that rock. This summer, I am taking three grandsons to that lake. Guarantee you they will jump off that rock.

These are the memories that I would not have, if I hadn't taken that first trip into the unknown.

Here's a pic of steak night on one of my trips. I've had some great experiences leading these groups. One of the guys in this pic is the lead guitarist for the Newsboys.

HA! Love it!

In 1979 I jumped off this rock in NW Ont. We would portage down to it several times a summer when I was a kid. The pic is 25 years later with my kids jumping off the same rock.

Nice relaxing video. Thanks.
