only problem i ever had with steel screen is in really dry sand it will want to go through the screen instead of just laying on top. in places like that i usually put the screen on and then laid wax paper on top of the screen to keep the sand from going through it.
steel screen fits and works on those no bs traps better than any other trap i have ever used.
Anyone that owns a gun and votes democrat deserves to have there gun taken, cause they truly are too stupid to own a gun.

There 600s on the trap shed right now Thanks. Unfortunately I just got cell phone coverage. Often. Down close to border. There is no service. Talked to = Sheriff and Homeland Security. Those antennas you see??? They say don’t waste my 300-600 dollars on them ! They don’t work where we at. Back in sheep. Central/West Texas. Fixing to run afew snares

ST, Is that the bed you sleep on? A cot?
That'd kill me iffin I had to sleep on that... No. I have. Queen size air mattress. Only here 1 or 2 days a week

Big kill area and no silt fill in under the pan, sounds like a good plan.
We get so much rain here the trap would be filled under the pan if not using under alls. Only get about = 10-12 inch out here On big ranch in West Texas a year Like it!! Cept for the dust ! Lol

Big kill area and no silt fill in under the pan, sounds like a good plan.
We get so much rain here the trap would be filled under the pan if not using under alls. Steel screen is the most weatherproof pan cover. They can take a lot of rain and have no silt in and no donut affect and therefore keep consistent pan tension.

Lol I would take dust over mud any day. Hard to make a natural looking flat set here unless your using chafe and grass clippings.
