Thanks guys, ran across some at a small sporting goods store and was out of BB so picked some up, this darned cold front froze everything up Friday night so now it's off till the ice is gone. Bummer!!

If it’s made in Mo, I just bought some yesterday.

I know we all use "castor" lure of some type. But, I have an 81 year old trapper friend here that has been catching beaver at "castor" mound sets for 60+ years using nothing but cheap brand vanilla extract.
Imagine that.

I have caught them when they were checking out the small dirt mound I made digging a hole for a coon set. No lure at all. Well unless they wanted the fish in the hole.

Couple brothers up in Wis that I know for sure catch 400-500 a season with just mineral oil and ground castor mixed in a jug.. Thats it,with a hodge=podge of whatever trap brand including #4 coils, MB750's, bridger #5's and 330's... They just work hard and put traps on sign..
but to answer the question it is a good lure..

Your referring to missouri gold made by doren Miller. I used it to catch 125 beaver this season. It's all I used and it went on 95 percent of the sets.
