2poor trapper Joined: Nov 2023 Lake Mille Lacs , MN	73 acres of tillable land in Sioux County near Sheldon , Iowa recently sold for $30,000 an acre. I believe that set the bar pretty high for Iowa farm land. I It’s a lazy man who can’t find his wife a second job !

Bob_Iowa trapper B Joined: Jan 2019 North central Iowa	That was bought by farmers they were farming it and the investor wanted to sell it and move his money into more land next to some other he owns, but yes that would drive the land prices higher.

BC-Buck trapper B Joined: Dec 2023 MO	I read a article that land in mid west was still increasing but at slower rate than last couple years. I find that hard to believe with the jump it took and what stock has been doing.
